Partners In Services Solutions

Frost Optical is an approved service agent for Frastema. We are able to provide spares for the combi units, chairs and phoroptor arms as well as a re-upholstery service.

We offer a very popular exchange scheme for Frastema ophthalmic chairs whereby your old and worn seats or armrests are part-exchanged for “good as new” replacements. Just call us for more information on this very popular scheme.

If you just need a one-off optical service or suffer an urgent breakdown or fault, we can provide help and support for you. Just contact with us and we will provide advice and a quotation for the work involved. Rest assured, we will not attend any fault that can be easily resolved by a phone call or dispatch of a replacement part.

Although we are an independent company, we maintain strong links with many manufacturers and can obtain parts and spares at very competitive prices.

We will always advise customers of anticipated costs before dispatching a technician. If necessary, the equipment can be returned to our workshop for comprehensive testing, diagnosis, and repair.

Loan Support

We have a small quantity of designated loan instruments that, where appropriate, may be available while equipment is being serviced or out of action.
